Dashboard, Richtext Widget, Adding link to Smartsheet Item ALWAYS gives '#' url the first time adding referencing an item, but is fixed when re adding.

This is making my task 2 times longer. I had to point to the reference item 2x every time. Please fix.

You may want to reach out to Support for this one. I haven't seen it before and haven't been able to replicate yet either.

No. This is only a Community forum. The only people here are other users and a handful of moderators.

I agree with @Paul Newcome - I'm able to replicate what you're seeing and it would be good if this is reported directly to Support so they can troubleshoot this with you in a private channel. Thank you for capturing it in a video / gif, this is really helpful!

An update for this post! I was told today that this should now be resolved - your first link out to a Smartsheet item should stay linked to that item. 🙂
