When using forms, is there a way to add another entry" button so users could automatically get a refreshed form to use and input data?

In the form builder, click settings at the top and navigate down to form submission. You can see options here to change what happens after a submission is made

Move Row Automated Workflow moving ALL rows regardless of criteria
I set up a workflow to move rows that are marked Closed to a Closed sheet. However, the trigger does not seem to work and when I force run the workflow, it moves all of the rows regardless of what is in the cell. What am I doing wrong?
