There seems to be a number of formats that are used in Smartsheet based on what you are doing (e.g. sending a notification, using workflow, etc).
I would like to know the following:
1) Can you create your own format/template that goes out regardless of the driver of the e-mail? if not, can you control which one is used and for what function (notification, workflow, etc)?
2) The Workspace logo is defaulted quite a bit on the e-mail. Is it possible change the default to use a different logo (e.g. a image reference on a Smartsheet)?
