How can I control e-mail formatting from Smartsheet?

There seems to be a number of formats that are used in Smartsheet based on what you are doing (e.g. sending a notification, using workflow, etc).

I would like to know the following:

1) Can you create your own format/template that goes out regardless of the driver of the e-mail? if not, can you control which one is used and for what function (notification, workflow, etc)?

2) The Workspace logo is defaulted quite a bit on the e-mail. Is it possible change the default to use a different logo (e.g. a image reference on a Smartsheet)?

Any articles/references would be appreciated.

I hope you're well and safe!

Unfortunately, it's not possible now (except for changing the text, not the format in the text of the alerts or similar), but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

The logo can be changed on some, but not all. It will use your Branding settings.
