Users Not Receiving Notifications But Unrestricted Setting Being Used and Other Users Receiving
As title states, I'm using the unrestricted level in workflow settings. Other users not being shared the sheet are receiving without issue, but not this user. I cannot share the sheet due to the data in it, but they need to be able to receive a copy of information submitted through a form. Also, had seen somewhere that a system admin may need to add to a list, well, there's users of the form not on any enterprise/account list, and they still get notifications.
Any ideas why this would be happening, if other users are able to get notifications?
