Index Collect Formula for Dates resulting in Invalid Value Error

I follow what you're saying. I added a helper column to the source sheet with the VALUE formula to ensure the project number is converted to a number data type. I also updated my formula on the target sheet to reference the helper column. It worked. All of the dates I'm expecting to see are showing up properly now.
