[Automation - Workflow] Not receive alert email when a task is due

I am using workflow feature to send alert to team members when a task is due as below:
- Trigger: When a date is reached. Run: once (on "End date", at 10am)
- Condition: When "PIC" is not blank
- Action: Alert someone - send to contacts in some cell ("PIC")
The system does send notifications to PIC in Smartsheet app, but doesn't send alert email to them. Can you guys help me to fix this? Thank you.
Note: We still receive emails for other alerts (ex: when a new task is assigned to PIC). The only alert we do not receive by email is alert for due date tasks.

Since your contacts are receiving the alert in the app in Smartsheet then this indicates that the workflow is working properly!
It sounds like what's happening is that automated workflows based on a time schedule are being blocked by your email provider or by a service that your company uses to filter out potential spam mail. Please check with your IT team to ensure that the domains listed in this Help Article are all set as approved domains to make it through spam filters:
