Can you change the name on the automated emails that are triggered based on a form submission?

Ahhhh! No I do not. I will add and then re-test. Would I just need to have it included or do I need to take additional steps?

Try just including it. If just including it doesn't work, then at least we can see what is being populated in that column to hopefully find out why it is sending someone else's name as the triggering user.
