Stacked Column Perhaps?

On Hover (dashboard) I want to be able to see all the types of projects that each one has been assigned to through different colors. Kindly assist on how to go about this

Hi jezright,
- Create a Metric sheet : rows are the Assignee name and columns are project types, then use formula to caculate types of projects that each one has been assigned to
- On the Dashboard, create a STACKED BAR chart that pull in the data from the Metric sheet

Try COUNTIFS function for your counting use case. Below is an example .
=COUNTIFS({Sales phụ trách}, Sales@row, {Giai đoạn sales}, @cell = "8 - CLOSE")
