How do I grant "Viewer" access to someone without requiring them to create an account? I am on the Pro plan.

Hi @aferreira ,

If the viewers do not have Smartsheet account, then you may publish your sheet/report/dashboard and sent them the URL link of the published items. This is not require viewers to login to Smartsheet.

In order to publish a Smartsheet item, you should move from Pro plan to Business plan as required as below screenshot.
