Hello,

I am struggling to add all the contacts from my CVS file to my contact list at once. For some reason selected CVS is not uploading in my contacts. Can someone help me with this?

The support team received similar reports where the CSV file with the headers outlined in the Help Article aren't importing contacts this week. They're currently investigating this.

Try formatting your CSV like this instead:

1. Email Address
2. Name

In that order, where the Name column has both the first and last name you want to use for that contact. Let me know if this worked for you!

I tried formatting my CVS file as you mentioned. That didn't work either.

At this time I don't know of another way to bulk-import your contacts, although you could add them individually in the meantime.

I don't have an ETA for when this will be resolved, but the Support team is actively investigating the bulk upload criteria.
