"Something went wrong" loading error

When I startup the Smartsheet desktop app, I am always greeted with the same error. I've restarted it, updated it, but nothing seems to remove the error. Any advice? The code is: 7c15f8bb20a058ff442ca896944665ab

Please contact Support through the Support Portal with a screen recording of how you're accessing the Desktop app (how you're logging in, or at what point you see this error) so they can troubleshoot this in a private channel.
