2x2 matrix/chart

hello

I'd like to know if it's possible to create a chart in smartsheet similar to a 2x2 matrix?

I have a list of projects in a sheet. Each project is a line on the sheet with 2 column ratings - effort (high, medium, low) and value (high, medium, low)

i'd like to display a graph/chart plotting where each project falls on an effort vs value matrix.

this will then be used to prioritise projects.
