Morale tracker?

Hi!

I am looking to effectively track the morale of my team members. Is there a Smartsheet add-on which could do this easily and preferably anonymously? It would be nice to have a nice daily report shown to the entire team in our daily huddles.

If you are looking for a sort of feedback type of solution, you shouldn't need any add-ons. Just create a sheet with a form and provide the form.

Using a 3rd-party form service option is also possible if you want another format and then connect it to Smartsheet.
