% Complete not calculating correctly for Parent Task
Hello
See attached pic. Parent shows 0% complete even though 8 of the child tasks are already 100% complete. Please advise how to fix.

Hello @aneekahTAL,
Do you have Gantt view enabled in your sheet and the % complete column configured within the settings?
You'll need this to enable the parent roll-up.

@Philip Robbins I have those Settings. It is only this OParemt task that is ioncorrect. Othet tasks in teh sheet are correct. See example below. This is in teh same plan

@aneekahTAL thanks for clarifying. I have a couple more questions for you:
- How long are the completed tasks in relation to the overall schedule beneath the parent? If they are all 1 day tasks, but the overall parent duration (perhaps driven by your construction phase) is, say, 2 years, then they might not account for an integer percentage of that phase's completion.
- As a further verification, when you double click on the cell, do you get the following?

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the date columns for those same rows as are in your first screenshot?

Problem solved.... I realised that Duration was set to 0 - I changed it to 1 day and the parent task %complete updated correctly.
