Browse window disappears

Since 8/22, while in the browse window, some workspaces that I click on will make the browse window disappear so that I cannot drill down further in the workspace. Not all workspaces cause this. Temporary fix is to get out and get back in or navigate in Recents and hope what I am looking for is there. I am not the only user it is happening to at this site. Does anyone know what changed recently and how I can fix this issue for myself and others?

My users are also experiencing the same issue. Have you submitted a ticket yet?

I have not. I wanted to check this route before I did that. I can submit a ticket.

A few other members have reported this to Support already and they're investigating this.
In the meantime, click on the name of the relevant workspace/folder in the browse panel before attempting to expand/contract it and all data should be visible for you.
