Can't see destination location in Smartsheet

I am a licensed user and also an Editor - can share in the workspaces. Whenever I use a Template or save sheet as new, I can't see the destination location - workspaces, folders, etc. Please see pic below..... What could be the issue?

You can only add new items to a workspace if you are admin or owner. If you are not admin or owner of any workspace, you will only be able to save/create in your Sheets folder.
