Control Center Update Reporting Error

Hi! I keep getting this error every time I click update reporting through the control center. Can someone tell me if they have experienced this before or how to solve it? Thanks!

    I just heard from Support that they had received some recent reports of Update Reporting erroring out when run in Control Center. There was a known issue that is now resolved!

    If you try again today and are still experiencing the error, please reach out to Support with the information I listed above.

    Hi @swaldon2

    I would recommend reaching out to Smartsheet Support through the Support Portal for this so you can work with them in a private channel where you can share more information.

    They'll likely need to see the following to troubleshoot with you:

    • Exact time you attempted to run the Update Reporting
    • Email address of the Primary Lead in Control Center
    • Screen capture of Project Logs
    • URL for your Intake Sheet
    • URL for Summary Sheet
    • If possible, a HAR file from when you run the Update Reporting
