In creating an automation can I set a condition to evaluate when Comments are more than 7 days old?

Hi @tlim,

You can try adding a helper column, comments date, and setting an automation to record a date when there's a comment.

Then add comments date greater than 7 days as a condition into your automation.

Thank you @Christina09. This is a work around that I think will serve my purposes, although I wish Smartsheet would use the Modified on field for changes to comments or have a similar automatic function.

Unfortunately, any cell change within the row would change the modified date.
