ACCESS: I have shared my sheet with a collaborator but he only has VIEW ACCESS

We actually have purchased separate accounts although our email addresses would have the same extensions. My colleague invited me to edit the document and I can see from his screen shots, that my account has edit access to the document. Unfortunately, when I open the document, I can see it listed as view only.

The issue is probably because you're on two different accounts.
