Workflow automated reminders

I have a workflow reminder configured that sends out daily update requests. Is there anyway to set it up so it does not send out update requests over the weekend?

I believe you can have the automation repeat weekly and select only weekdays.

I was hoping there was a bit more detail that could be provided. I'm trying to setup a workflow with a daily reminder as well when some item has not been actioned. I keep getting the message when I try to save that the WF cannot be set to be triggered daily.

Trigger: when rows added or changed

Conditions set

Action: Send notification
