Even though my company doesn’t use Brandfolder at the moment, I was intrigued as I learned more about it. Being able to group assets and media into collections that are easy to access could be a major time-saver for folks in my company. I work periodically with a team throughout the year whose sole focus is Content Development, and I’ve recently informed them about Brandfolder. They were excited to hear of a solution for asset management and have begun exploring further to see if it’s a viable option for them!

In a former work life I was in the branding industry, specifically on the construction side. We had to maintain brand images for buildings, signage etc. for hundreds of brands and the "brand family" of art work was a daily evolving environment per every retail location. While I didn't have Brandfolder or even Smartsheet in that space, I see it now through that lens. The opportunities it would offer that group for "single source" verification and revisions would be a homerun. Having the ability to organize, see, comment, revise, approve etc. is something in that space that would be hard to quantify. Big Brandfolder fan for that type use case!

Consulting for companies that use digital signage, it is essential to get the right graphics and branding. Often, we have too many repositories (which results in a lack of consistency). The ability to keep everything in Smartsheet (since I run nearly everything through Smartsheet) not only streamlines this, but removes the need for other DAM tools like Bynder.
