@CourtneyJW - We need a bit more clarity in order to understand what's the desired outcome of what you are trying to achieve here. Mostly, your admin can do the needful for you in this case but having a bit more clarity would help look at the issue from another angle.

As long as this unlicensed user is a member of your plan, your System Admin can update their name, see: Admin Center: Add, edit, or deactivate users
