I received an email from Smartsheet that I've earned a badge, but I don't see it listed on my profile? Can someone assist me in claiming my badge?

If you use the Flag icon to Report this post to the Moderation team with your previous email address, we can look into this for you.
Action-based badges aren't able to be awarded (such as "number of comments") as those are automated and synced with your actions in the Community.
