I have created a dashboard and would like it to display it in my company's intranet. This is to reduce efforts for other stakeholders to login their SmartSheet. However, it is not working and the error message was "app.SmartSheet.com refuse to connect". Is there any way we could display the dasboard then?

    Hey @Leo CHIN

When publishing the Dashboard, did you change the Access Control to allow "Available to anyone with a link"?

It worked for me when I embedded the code into the website.

  • Hi @Itai, Thanks for your support on this. I discussed it with my IT team and we realized that we do not have the option in Access Control to allow "Available to anyone with a link. Is it likely that my company has disabled it?

    Hey @Leo CHIN

It is possible, if you have access to an Admin they can check in the Admin Center, Settings, Security, Dashboard Publishing.

Let me know if that helps.
