I have a column showing total jobs, another column sowing jobs completed. I want to add % column reflecting % of jobs completed.

Hello @UL guy

You can add a new column for =Jobs Completed / Total Jobs and just simply convert this column to a %age column and make this a column formula so that it automatically calculates the formula for all values entered in this column.

So, for example, Total Jobs are 100, Jobs Completed are 20 - look at example below -
