INDEX (COLLECT) Formula returning #INVALID VALUE Error
Answers

The INVALID REF error means there is a {Cross sheet reference} in the formula that was not created properly.

Figured it out. Long story short, the automation that put the text "Metric X" into the "Metric Being Evaluated" field in my helper sheet which fed to the Landing page had spaces or line breaks which was causing inconsistencies. I went back and fix all of it, now it is running smoothly.
Thank you very much for all of your help and effort!
