Does SmartSheet have a tagging feature? As I input information into a column, I want it to auto-populate as a drop-down criteria for that column. This would be more efficient than creating a dropdown list manually.

If I understand what you are asking, you are wanting to create a dropdown the is the same for each cell in that column. Is that correct?

Yes, without depending on entering all the values in the column header option. I want to be able to add a value in a field and have that value auto-populate as a drop down item for the entire column.

There currently isn't a way directly in the Smartsheet App to update the column Values based on what's selected in the cells below. You could use the API, Bridge, or Data Shuttle to update column dropdown values.
