This video might help you - the short answer is to use Update Requests as they are more easy to configure for attachments reliably.

To add to Dan's excellent advice/answer.

• What I sometimes do in my client solution is to have a so-called helper sheet where the row is copied/moved to, and then that would trigger the automation from that sheet, including all attachments.

Would that work/help?
