Date as a condition in Automation

I have a question regarding how Smartsheet handles dates as a condition in automation, specifically regarding before and after a date. We have as a condition for an automation that we only want to it trigger on rows that have been created after a certain date. So for that condition would that be where Created is less than the specified date, or greater than?
