Navigating grid view

In grid view, when I have a cell selected I cannot type. I have to double click before entering text. This seems very inefficient. Is there a setting to change this? Also, when I press tab, I expect the cell selection to move right, but this doesn't happen and 'return' doesn't move the selection down. Is this normal behaviour for Smartsheet?

Strange! No, that's not the way it should work.

Try these troubleshooting steps first.

• Log out / in again
• Try a different browser
• Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode

If the steps above don't solve it, and If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal and providing the results of the troubleshooting steps above.
