Looking for examples and templates for tracking annual review notes
As a manager of a large team, I take notes regularly of my team's successes and areas needing improvement throughout the year to refer back to during our annual performance review. Right now I am simply adding these in OneNote with comments and the date as I go. I would love to begin managing this in smarthseet to keep everything centralized.
I tried digging around for some templates, but came up empty. I only found actual performance review.
I started to create one very simply - but would like to see other examples I could maybe borrow form to help improve my list.
Here is an example of mine currently (blacked out names and comments for privacy). Again, it is VERY simple right now. Some things I will likely be including will be goal tracking (these are personal employee goals set at the beginning of the year).
