Is the support portal active?
Submitted a case 2 weeks ago and have gotten zero communication.
Did smartsheet discontinue support and expect everything to be posted in the community?

In the meantime, here's the Overview of Smartsheet support hours and resources. If you're licensed on an Enterprise plan or have either Standard or Pro Support purchased on top of your plan, you will have access to the phone line in addition to written tickets.
Please do also feel free to post your questions here in the Community (as long as they don't contain any sensitive information) in case other members can help provide their expertise and/or experience.
