Format text (e.g. Bold, bullets, automatic numbering) in conversation and in partial area within a cell.
The ability to create a much richer experience for row comments (eg. text formatting; sections; to do's, etc..) would be a quick win that would dramatically improve the overall experience for this [almost] great tool!
I think the HTML text editor type capabilities for Conversations Comments would be a great improvement. I could really make good, practical use of it now for what I am working on. Thank you.
While implementing the transition from Monday.com to Smartsheet for several of my company's teams, the lack of formatted text options in the comments section is one of our top complaints amongst users. It is something so basic to have already and so common, that it is rather surprising to know it is not yet developed in an Enterprise level PMO / Project Management system.
Perhaps use HTML with a WYSIWYG editor toolbar. It doesn't have to be Microsoft's RTF. I believe when people are asking for Rich Text in this suggestion, they are using that terminology generically. So, anything to enhance the formatting to allow bold, italic, bullets, etc. will work.
Therefore, I'm adding to the conversation in hopes you understand our needs for managing projects and providing easier to absorb communication within the tool sooner than later. After all - we're not in the 1990s any more folks. Dive in and get some competition parity ASAP here please. 😁
Thank you for your consideration!

It would be useful if users who clicked a Dynamic View link (that they were not previously added to) could "request access" to the Dynamic View, and provide a reason, so that the admin can easily grant that access. The use case for me would be to avoid having to pre-populate and then maintain a user group of viewers, but…
As the smartsheet admin for Europe, it would be extremely helpful to be able to view all Automations / recurring emailed reports in one place as opposed to sheet level. It's almost impossible to ensure everything is working correctly / delete recurring emailed reports without this.
