SmartSheet lacks accessibility for those with visual disabilities

I am a fan of SmartSheet and use it for many of the projects that I work on. Sadly, it does not work for my clients who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers. We have tried numerous workarounds but it does not function.

What is the timeline for resolving this important issue? This is an area that I am focused on with my consulting practice, and if there is no resolution on the roadmap, it may result in me making a change.

If you need support, a good resource is the American Foundation for the Blind which has expertise in this area.
