How to show multiple projects by phase and date rolled up in one dashboard?

Does anyone know how I can show a summary of project phases by month? I need a way to understand the summary of how multiple projects are progressing.

You are going to need a couple of extra sheets for this.

The first one would be the listing of all projects and the phase each one is in. You would set up a copy row automation that copies rows as their phases change.

The second sheet (recipient of the copy row automation from the first) would be used to show the dates for each phase change for each project.
