In Dynamic View, do Shared Users override Shared domains?

In Dynamic View Sharing, if a Shared User and a Shared domain are entered, and the Shared User's email address does not match the Shared domain, is that user still granted access?

@Robert Mann yes, you can share to individual users like you are showing.

Shared domains are just an additional way of sharing, but your don't need both.
