Consumption Rate calculation

Good day. I have a sheet that is populated by a form for all our machines (100+) that pour diesel. The Job # (machine ID), hours on the clock, litres poured and the issuing date is captured. How do I by means of a formula create the consumption per machine? THe sheet should check the last time the machine was used with that hours as the previous hours, but I am struggling to get it right.

Hi, I exported to hide some information. But this is the just that is recorded, and the two columns I need to calculate.

Hey @Andries

I'm not quite sure I understand what it is you're looking to do, but an easy way to create calculations would be to use a Grouped Report if you're on a Business or Enterprise plan.

You could Group the Report by the Row ID for Lookup (or the Machine ID), then Sort the rows by a specific value (e.g. Date), and then use Summary to SUM together the values under another column. Would that help?
