"Next review date" by input/Actioned date not actual date.

Hi, I'm looking for a base formula to create the next review date without having dates everywhere on my smartsheet document.

Basics of the smartsheet - its a document control piece, Names to start / then review date / & then I've got mutiple tick boxes for when a task has been completed. (approx. 40 tickboxes) These need to be done annually, So when they tick the box - I would like to be reminded (Which i can do via workflow process - that isn't the issue) the upcoming ones.

what i want on this sheet, Is per row - The review date will give me the most closest one (From the input date as i don't want hundreds of dates everywhere) - & if possible, to highlight that one or several tickboxes.

Is this possible or is it wishful thinking?
