SmartSheet Account Manager Problems

I am really getting tired of our Account Manager. She keeps emailing many people in the company who do not even have SmartSheet accounts. I have told her I am the system owner and administrator, and she keeps emailing people, causing many people in the organization to be frustrated. I have tried calling her. I even scheduled a meeting with her, but she did not attend. Who can I talk to to stop this behavior?
