What have been the steps taken to test it? When viewing the Automations Manger, does it say when it last ran? Have you confirmed that the data in the date column is in fact being stored as a date? How exactly is your Contacts column being populated?

Map auto date field on PDF document
When generating a PDF for letters, I would like to auto generate the date on the top of the letter for the date the PDF is generated. I cannot figure out how to do this.
