I need my sheet to highlight rows based on the number of days open, any help?

Need help with creating a formula that will calculate days open, if the row is not checked complete. Can anyone help?

Try something like this.

=IF(Complete@row <> 1, IFERROR(NETDAYS(Date@row, TODAY()), ""))
