Hi all, encountered an oddity with making dashboards recently. I have never had an issue like this.
The dashboard looks normal when I do the published view in the Smartsheets app. However, when I load it into incognito or different browser, Unable to display Chart. Any thoughts on this? I read around and a lot pointed to bad data. I have this set up like all my others with no issues at all. Only when I am creating new ones.
This how it looks in the app for me
This is how it looks in the browser

Hi,
I am encountering an issue with the dashboard that I have created. It seems like the charts widget are not showing up. Based on my knowledge, the published link Dashboard should show everything (all widgets). Could this be a Smartsheet Issue? Internet Issue?
Thanks!

Hi @Shubho, @Frank Hammond, and @Jaime Del Rosario
I've merged your three posts together as I believe you may all be experiencing the same thing. This week our Support team had a few reports where Chart Widgets that are based off of Reports are not displaying data to external collaborators, as you're picturing above.
We are actively investigating this - in the meantime, please try creating a copy of the chart to see if this resolves the issue, or a copy of the entire Dashboard.
@Frank Hammond - I'm interested to see that only one of your two charts has this issue. Can you check the Settings in the chart that's erroring and see what Viewer Mode you have selected? Is it different between your two charts? See: Control widget content when source is from a report
Cheers,
Genevieve

Hi Genevieve,
I was able to resolve it by just re-adding the Chart. I am not sure what happened but after re-adding those charts and saving them, They are appearing in the dashboard already with no errors.
It Might have been a system glitch?
Thanks!

@Genevieve P. All settings I have are from the original dashboard I had for another person. I made a copy of the example above and now both charts are unable to display, all data selected is the same with no modifications. I created a new one and received the same results with data I am looking at on a dashboard that is fully functional to the viewer.

Thanks for following-up, @Jaime Del Rosario!
@Frank Hammond, are you able to show a screen capture of the Chart Settings, specifically the Viewer Mode you have selected? Is it possible you have "Their Own Perspective" selected instead of "Last Widget Editor"?

I am not sure what you mean by the settings? It is only published so anyone with the link can see it.

Okay, this is interesting. I changed the data source view to switch rows & columns on the one chart and now I can see it in view only.

I tried recreating the graphs in the dashboard but no luck.

Hey @Shubho
What are your settings in the Chart under the header, "Viewer Mode"?
@Frank Hammond This is the Settings section I was referring to, if your source is a Report:

@Genevieve P. I am unable to find this header in the report. Can you please share screenshot through which I can check.
