Have you looked into a row report?

Are you able to provide more details and some screenshots for context?

Try =IF(value you are looking at<>"",value you want to populate, "")
The <> signs together mean IS NOT and the "" or 2 sets of quotes means blank. The first comma sort of means "then" and the second one means "otherwise" in the IF /THEN statement.
I hope that helps.

Matt, how do I have it populate several columns if the initial one is not blank?

Paul, I have several sheets with identical columns but different information in those columns. I'm trying to create a summary metric sheet that looks in those sheets, specifically looks at the "actual start date" to see if it's populated (meaning that it's scheduled for deployment). IF that Actual Start Date is populated then I want it to copy the information from that cell as well as the corresponding team, actual end date, actual FTE savings & Actual $ savings into the metric sheet. I only want to see those lines where there is an Actual Start Date. Make sense?
