My team just started seeing diagonal slash marks today in all of the resource lookup fields on a sheet. What are they for and why did they just appear?

Is that a sheet or a form?
It is a form, but we only see the slash marks when we open the form from a sheet row.
I'm not sure I follow. Do you mean when you are in the sheet itself and select the option to "Edit Row"?
That's correct. When you double-click on the row # on the sheet, the form displays and the Edit drop-down appears in the upper left corner. In that view, all of our associate look-up fields were displaying the 2 slash marks, whether the fields were blank or populated. As of today, the slash marks are no longer displaying so I have no idea why they were there.
