Form
I created the form with 5MCQs. The evaluation of the form is not reflected in the datasheet.the result needs to be sent to the person mentioned in the workflow. How can I create that? please help.

Can you provide more information about your scenario, such as screen captures of the Form & Sheet (but block out sensitive information).
I believe you mean that you need to create calculations based on what's input in the Form. Since Forms cannot do calculations, this needs to happen in the sheet. Then once the sheet has looked at the new row and created calculations with formulas, you want to send that to the person who submitted the Form, is that correct?
