What will be the best way to calculate values in cells in the same column, if other criteria is met?

Can anyone help me please?

If the value in column 10/09/2023 row 2 is "V" to sum the value in the same column but row 3... I'll need this for at least 100 users. I tried SUMIF and IF but I can't get a total of all values that are under S and Under V, if the V and/ or S criteria is met.. please HELP

SUMIF([10/09/2023]2:[10/09/2023]23, User31, [10/09/2023]3:[10/09/2023]24)
