Attached photos are disappearing from the Smartsheet

I have a Smartsheet that several users use and they report an issue when uploading photos. Are there any restrictions on uploading photos?

What I can see:

JPEG format

One is a Full Size Render about 2.3MB in size.

There are various limits to the maximum file size as well as how much storage is available based on the sheet owner's plan.
