Email link on Dashboard not working

I'm having issues with adding a mailto: link in the dashboard for a link to email. This used to work for me but now I am getting an error "Something's wrong with this link. Please make sure that it's correct." I've tried to shorten the link but to no avail. Does anyone know if this is a feature that should work on a dashboard?

    They don't work for me either, whether as a "clickable" link on a Title widget or as a Shortcut link. On the Title widget it just says "error". On the Shortcut widget it attempts to insert https:// in front of the mailto: and thereby makes it unusable.

    You could raise this to support if it used to work and no longer does, but it definitely isn't just you.
