Need help to ask what formula to use if i want an automation done?

Hi Smartsheet,

I have this data sheet and i want to know if there is a function on smartsheets to automate the status against the ETD and ETA? Thus for me to have a summary report to see how many lines are closed on time and how many are delayed?
