"Save as New" /Copy a folder that has more than 100 files

Hi Team, I need to copy a folder that contains more than 100 files to another folder without breaking the links associated with them. Is there any way to do this? If not, what is the best approach to copy files/folders and preserve the links?

What I would suggest doing here is split up your content into sub-folders, based on what's linked to each other. Then you can copy two or three separate folders into another workspace instead of one large folder.
